1. We maintain a 48 hr cancellation policy and you must secure your reservation with a credit card. If you do cancel prior to 48 hrs in advance, you are free to change your reservation to a date that is more convenient for you OR you may choose to receive a full refund. If you fail to give us 48 hrs cancellation notice, there will be no refund for reservations cancelled the day of or the day before the trip.
2. We will do our best to accommodate your first date requested, however we may be limited due to availability or water release schedules.
3. One of our reservationists will be contacting you shortly by telephone to confirm your reservation, provide you with the total charged to your card and go over details. If you don’t hear from us please contact us within 24 hrs of your online reservation for details.
