Conditions Governing Season Pass Use:

1. Please note: advanced reservations are required, credit card required to guarantee your reservation ($39.00 no show/cancel fee applies for failure to cancel 48hr in advance).
2. Present your season pass & photo ID, pay any applicable river usage fees (Pigeon-Float/Upper $2.00) and gear up to raft.
3. Season passes are not redeemable for cash.
4. Rafting in the Smokies' does not refund any portion of a season pass purchase price, nor will there be any deferrals or exchanges. No refund for late opening or early closure due to water levels.
5. Pass will have no trip date restrictions. Good for all rafting days during the entire season.
6. The season pass is not transferable and may be used only by the person designated on the pass.
7. Rafting in the Smokies is not responsible for lost passes.
8. Failure to comply with the above conditions could result in the revocation of season pass privileges.
